Order Requirements
Acceptance of Order
All orders are subject to acceptance by ProSource, which reserves the right to refuse any order. All orders are subject to credit approval and acceptance. A Pre-payment amount or security deposit of 50% will be required on all new accounts and accounts not established with terms. If terms are desired, please contact us and we will send a credit application.
Production Ready
An order is considered “production ready” when all elements required to produce and ship your order are received. Incomplete orders (i.e., orders awaiting art instructions, final quantities, sizes, etc.) are held out of production until the required items are received by ProSource. After all information is received, your order will be processed in our normal production time unless otherwise specified. Order Approval
An order approval will be sent to you via email when the order is submitted. This will reflect costs of the product, decoration and estimated art charges. Please read the approval carefully to ensure that your instructions have been followed and that you are in agreement with the pricing. ProSource requires a return acknowledgement via email or by signing and faxing back the approval within 24 hours in order to maintain your production schedule. Any changes to the order after approval may incur additional costs and lead time.
Cancellations
Orders will be subject to all costs incurred to date and subject to re-stocking fees on any product returns plus return shipping charges.
Standard Production Time
Most orders take 7-10 working days after production ready order or proof approval has been received. Your order will not be processed until ALL required art and information has been received. Please call ProSource for estimated time on your orders and advise of any time sensitive due dates. We will acknowledge the “absolute” due date on the Order Approval proof you will receive.
* Please note: our delivery schedule may depend on the quality of the artwork submitted and upon any changes made to the artwork once the order has been worked on.
Rush Service
Rush service may be available and is addressed on a first come, first served basis. Orders may be rushed, however, rush fees will differ and will be based on ProSource’ ability to produce in the allotted time. Please call with your special needs. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
