What is ‘Production Time’?
Most orders take 7-10 working days after production ready order or proof approval has been received. Your order will not be processed until ALL required art and information has been received. Please call ProSource for estimated time on your orders and advise of any time sensitive due dates. We will acknowledge the “absolute” due date on the Order Approval proof you will receive.
Is rush service available?
Rush service may be available and is addressed on a first come, first served basis. Orders may be rushed, however, rush fees will differ and will be based on ProSource’ ability to produce in the allotted time. Please call with your special needs. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
How do I check on an order?
You may call at any time with questions, however, we prefer emails to provide us a paper trail of the correspondence. This way, we (and you) have everything in writing in case reference is needed.
Returns and Cancellations?
Returns and cancellations may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. See Order Requirements for more information.
Is delivery available?
We can ship your order via UPS or provide local delivery. Pick-up at our warehouse is also an option. We provide free local delivery for orders over $500.00. Standard rates will apply to UPS shipments.
Is drop shipping available?
Drop shipping is available per your instructions. The fee is $10.00 per location to cover packing and splitting the order. ProSource will not be responsible for damaged or lost shipments.
Where do I send artwork?

Do you have a minimum?
There is no minimum for embroidered items. Due to the set-up involved, there is a 12 piece minimum for screen-printing. Promotional items usually have a minimum and differ with each item.
Do you provide blank samples?
Samples can be provided of the item for sizing. We will use the item as part of the order if possible. If the item is not returned, it will be invoiced at our cost.
